Martin Hubschneider, CAS Software AG

After studying industrial engineering, Martin Hubschneider founded CAS Software AG in 1986. As a visionary, innovator, CRM expert and boundless networker, he has since been active as the CEO of CAS Software AG and in other associated companies. The development of benefit-oriented solutions for customer-oriented medium-sized businesses is particularly close to the heart of the innovator, who was born in 1958. His motto in life: "Positive thinking makes everything better!"

Prof. Dr. Pero Mićić, FutureManagementGroup AG

Pero Mićić is internationally recognized as a leading expert in future management. He is the founder and CEO of the FutureManagementGroup AG and Professor of Foresight and Strategy at the Steinbeis University in Berlin. Prof. Dr. Pero Mićić advises the management teams and future experts of large corporations and leading medium-sized companies on future markets and future strategies and their realization. He studied economics and future studies in Germany and the USA and earned his PhD in the UK on "Phenomenology of future management in top management teams".

Stefan Eisl, DATEV.at GmbH

Stefan Eisl and his team at Kanzlei-Consulting.at, DATEV in Austria, accompany and guide the most successful tax-consulting firms on their way through the digital transformation. During his work in 2019 as a consultant in the field of law firm management, he was responsible for the introduction of a solution for digital invoice dispatch. As well as his ongoing consulting on increasing efficiency in the law firm’s workflow, other projects followed in the areas of automated communications between the law firm and financial management.

With his team, Mr Weil is consistently pushing digitalisation in his association so that members can also experience the association's services digitally. With the owner portal of Haus & Grund Frankfurt, the association has succeeded in providing its members with up-to-date and location-independent advice, even in times of pandemic.

Iris Beuse, Autohaus Anders GmbH

Iris Beuse is Head of Dialogue Marketing and CRM at Autohaus Anders GmbH. She joined the company in 2000 as a commercial employee, initially as assistant to the management and in the area of project organisation and marketing. In 2012, she took over as Head of Marketing and built up dialogue marketing at the dealership, for which she is still responsible today.

Autohaus Anders in Vechta is one of 15 car dealerships and the nucleus and parent company of the Anders Group. Founded in 1982, it has since grown to 15 locations and 900 employees: when it comes to cars, vans or trucks in the northwest, there is hardly any way around the Anders Group. The focus is on the Mercedes-Benz brand with its complete range of cars and trucks. In addition, Autohaus Anders is an authorised dealer for Fuso, Opel, smart and Škoda, and since 2021 also for Hyundai and Urwahn.

Today, he is the Managing Director of the Product & Solution Design unit at CAS Software AG, where he has been responsible for product management of CAS Software's XRM standard products and platforms for almost 20 years.
